Founding Principal

Alexandra Lee-Capps

As the Founding Principal of Array Consulting, Alex’s work focuses on helping leaders navigate growth on their own terms.

Prior to founding Array, Alex was the SVP of Culture & Brand for SISTER, Elisabeth Murdoch, Stacey Snider, and Jane Featherstone’s global entertainment juggernaut where she developed and shepherded the company’s brand as well as spearheaded global initiatives spanning marketing, internal culture and communications, and people operations.

Alex also held leadership positions in growth and strategy at global consulting firms with clients including: Peloton, National Geographic, Milk Bar, BMW/MINI, The Tippet Rise Art Center, and General Mills. She began her career in the non-profit world though—building digital tools and platforms for Doctors Without Borders/MSF to improve access to medicines. During her time at MSF, Alex launched global campaigns that engaged tens of thousands of activists in 20+ countries and 10 languages.

In addition to her role at Array, Alex serves as an advisor to:
One Huddle, a community-focused platform that provides expert answers to life’s big questions-affordably; Aviro, a South African design company working to improve healthcare experiences; and Raise for Good, a consultancy working at the intersection of social good and tech.

Alex lives in San Francisco, her eighth ‘hometown’. She spends her free time enjoying uphill pursuits and searching for the best soupy noodles in the Bay Area. Alex holds a degree from Wellesley College in political science.
